Avatars move sideways behind the booth instead of popping in front of it, AutoDJ gets playful kick-out / return-kick handoffs, and human autoqueue users can do a tiny "wait... me again?" oopsie when nobody else is waiting. AutoDJ does not do the gag on consecutive fallback songs. 📋 LIVE QUEUE DRAWER The desktop stage footer now opens a rise-up, scrollable queue view showing queued DJs and their tracks in order. If someone replaces their queued song, the drawer updates from the same live queue state immediately. 👥 STAGE RANK HIERARCHY The stage user list is no longer one flat roster. It is grouped into Host, Managers, Bouncers, Resident DJs, Members and Guests. Guests get lightweight Guest-XXXXXXXX identities without fake account badges or profile data. 🎵 PLAYLIST + PLAYER POLISH Spotify-owned/collaborative playlist imports can continue through account linking, big playlist splits automatically focus the new crate, YouTube record-player text now scrolls like SoundCloud, and GrooveCade Starter badges render properly in chat. 🛡️ ADMIN + CREDIT DISCIPLINE Admin now has global role control plus independent recognition badges. New stage polish stays local/realtime and avoids new polling loops. GrooveCade is still in Alpha, so keep stress-testing handoffs, queue replacements, playlist imports and the weird corners behind the booth.
